Bethany is a Licensed Master of Social Work who excels in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and comprehensive mental health support. Since earning her licensure in 2023, she has gained diverse experience across inpatient behavioral health, substance use rehabilitation, community mental health, and higher education crisis response. Currently pursuing her NBHWC health coaching certification, Bethany is deeply motivated by personal experiences within the mental health system and strives to help clients achieve wellness through empathy, insight, and accountability.

Grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), she empowers clients to manage challenges, strengthen coping skills, and build lasting resilience. Bethany’s collaborative, compassionate approach fosters a safe space for exploration, growth, and meaningful change. Dedicated to holistic wellness, she values mindfulness, physical health, and emotional balance in her practice and her personal life. Outside of work, Bethany enjoys reading, wellness activities, and time with loved ones, embodying calm and care in all she does.
