Lindsay is a Licensed Professional Counselor (GA) and Certified ARISE® Interventionist, specializing in trauma, addiction, and recovery. Trained in EMDR, IFS, Flash Technique, DBT, Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Experiencing, and other attachment and trauma informed approaches, she uses attachment-based interventions to treat PTSD, C-PTSD, sexual trauma, dissociation, childhood trauma, and more. Lindsay supports diverse populations, including neurodivergent individuals, first responders, and families navigating adoption, divorce, or educational challenges (IEP/504, college planning). She offers substance use support for individuals and families as a Certified ARISE Interventionist by leading case management, treatment placement and on-site interventions to help support healing and recovery for both mental health and substance use addiction, behavioral addictions and process addictions. She additionally provides substance use evaluations, parenting support, and trauma-focused intensives for efficient healing.

With a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University and prior experience as a high school teacher (10 yrs.), Lindsay brings a compassionate, whole-family approach to recovery. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she also holds certificates in legal and medical interpretation/translation. Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys gardening, UGA football, family time, and sea turtle conservation.
