Ryann is passionate about all things recovery. Whether dealing with co-occurring disorders, primary mental health issues, or substance use disorders, she is relentless in her pursuit of excellence—combining her quirky and tenacious spirit with genuine empathy and individualized care.

With experience as a Program Director, Business Development Specialist, Admissions Representative, and Client Advocate, she draws from her own recovery to empower others utilizing various modalities and interventions when working with clients, families and referral sources.

Although a currently credentialed EAS (Experiential Activities Specialist) since a few months into her personal journey to her overall recovery, she continues her education through various channels such as:

While she has developed skills and gained experience over time, her attention to detail and strong communication abilities are rooted in a rich, extensive background and professional history of building meaningful relationships and providing exceptional support in management, sales, and customer service roles.

She is committed to creating unique client experiences grounded in authenticity, transparency, integrity, and compassion. Her dedication ensures that trust and the expectation of quality are consistently honored, enabling her to adapt to the evolving needs of the clients and communities she serves—both in private practice and within the mental health field as a whole. She strives to make meaningful impacts while reinforcing her personal and professional values in all that she does.

Ryann is a Georgia native. However, having spent time with her family in New York throughout her childhood and into young adulthood, she likes to say she’s “equal parts Yankee and y’all.” Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with loved ones—whether traveling or embracing her homebody side by watching movies, discovering new restaurants, or attending live music events. Always up for anything that sparks her creative side, you might find her at a painting, pottery, or art class.
